Sales Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To identify key sectors in e-commerce in which to promote iPS products & services
  • To source collaboration opportunities with companies providing support services to e-commerce clients
  • To achieve sales & revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customer

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in business or sales related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in travel & hospitality airlines or FMCG industries would be an advantage
  • Strong base of potential contacts and experience in building excellent client relationships;
  • Familiar with online payment products and services is an advantage;
  • Excellent VERBAL and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems;
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with enquiries, feedback, problems and complaints from overseas customers and/or merchants through telephone or emails.
  • Assist sales team in processing service applications from new merchants
  • Assist in preparing operational and management reports
  • Manage the service hotline

Requirements:

  • Preferably University graduate with 2 to 3 years work experience
  • Experience in hospitality or e-commerce industry is required.
  • Experience with customer service or call centre operations will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • A team player and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well-organized and attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese processing
  • Immediately available

 

IT Support (mainly in English)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical inquiry and business processing services to merchants through telephone, Email or MSN etc.
  • Response to inquiry from merchants and handle relevant processing and business Collect inquiry information and submit review report to IT Dept.

Requirement:

  • Undergrad degree, preferably IT related major
  • Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking, preferably payment or financial background
  • Familiar with .NET and Oracle
  • Proficient in MS Office processing, both Chinese and English
  • Good communication skill
